we are firmly convinced that these goals are partly flawed, require revision,
and absolutely must be discussed further and more broadly...

These UN 2030 goals were largely not imposed by a democratic majority of the population,
but by international high finance, the UN's donors.

The Davos World Economic Forum collaborates with the UN

The UN Forum partnership was signed at a meeting at United Nations Headquarters between UN Secretary-General António Guterres and Klaus Schwab, founder and CEO of the World Economic Forum, to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The partnership identifies six priority areas: financing the 2030 Agenda, climate change, health, digital cooperation, gender equality and women's empowerment, and education and skills – to strengthen and expand their combined impact by building existing and new collaborations. New York, USA, June 13, 2019 – The World Economic Forum and the United Nations today signed a strategic partnership framework outlining areas of cooperation to deepen institutional engagement and jointly accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The framework was designed based on an assessment of existing cooperation between the two institutions and will enable a more strategic and coordinated approach to achieving impact. The UN-Forum partnership was signed at a meeting at United Nations headquarters between UN Secretary-General António Guterres and Klaus Schwab, founder and former CEO of World Economic. “Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals is critical for the future of humanity. The World Economic Forum is committed to supporting these efforts and working with the United Nations to build a more prosperous and equitable future,” said Klaus Schwab, founder and former CEO of World Economic. “The new strategic partnership framework between the United Nations and the World Economic Forum has great potential to advance our efforts to address key global challenges and opportunities, from climate change to health and education, to gender equality, digital cooperation and finance for sustainable development. Based on UN norms and values, the framework underlines the invaluable role of the private sector in this work – and paves the way for action to create shared prosperity on a healthy planet, leaving no one behind,” said António Guterres, UN Secretary-General.
The strategic partnership framework will focus on the following areas: Financing the 2030 Agenda – Mobilizing systems and accelerating financial flows toward the 2030 Agenda and the UN Sustainable Development Goals to drive solutions for increasing long-term SDG investment. Climate Change – Achieving clear, measurable, and public commitments from the private sector to reach carbon neutrality by 2050, helping to create public-private platforms in critical, high-emission sectors, and expanding the services needed to adapt to the impacts of climate change. Health – Supporting countries in achieving good health and well-being for all under the 2030 Agenda, focusing on key emerging global health threats that require stronger partnerships and multi-stakeholder action. Digital Collaboration – Meeting the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution while striving to advance global analysis, dialogue, and standards for digital governance and digital inclusivity. Gender equality and the empowerment of women – promoting multi-stakeholder partnerships and coalitions for the full participation and equal opportunities of women at all levels of decision-making, as well as for women's productive participation in the labor market and the promotion of equal pay for work of equal value in and within all sectors and occupations. Education and skills – promoting public-private partnerships to address global retraining and lifelong learning for future labor market demands and to equip young people with the skills necessary for life and decent work.
The United Nations leadership will participate in and utilize the various platforms of the World Economic Forum to advance its impact in the aforementioned areas. Both institutions will review the partnership annually to further optimize cooperation, take stock of results, and identify additional areas for joint efforts.
In 2020, the World Economic Forum signed an agreement with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) to collaborate on, among other things, the Sustainable Development Goals.
Addendum: The current head of the World Economic Forum is no longer Klaus Schwab, but Larry Fink, who is also the head of the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock. It is feared that under his leadership, the World Economic Forum's decidedly globalist orientation will continue. Larry Fink is already talking about "tokenizing" everything, even nature. Every tree, every lake, every hectare of rainforest is to be transformed into a digital security and thus made tradable...
